Before we can seat you NY State mandates all NYC food establishments to take the temperature of every indoor diner before being seated, and for one person from the dining party to complete a sign-in process for contact tracing (below). Once a member of your dining party has completed the form please let our staff know, we will verify the information and then seat you!
We hold this information on an email address specifically created for this occasion. All information is kept confidential, and will only be used for the purposes of contact tracing if need be.
This is a requirement and we are routinely inspected for this information. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
